How about another Random question? :D

3 pairs of daughter and mother

A restaurant is going to close and the manager came to give some annoucement.
MANAGER: Tomoro there will be 3 pairs of daughter and mother coming. They wished to sit at near the window, hence, i want u all to reserved 4 seats near the window.

The workers thought that the manager counted wrongly, so they reserved 6 seats near the window. But, the next day, there are only 4 people. Why is this so?
